Insured patients

Our ENT clinic is recognised by most major medical insurance companies, such as BUPA, AXA, Cigna, Healix, Vitality, WPA and Aviva. If you have insurance, our professional fees are usually invoiced and settled directly between the clinic and your insurer. We recommend obtaining a pre-authorisation number before booking your appointment.

Please note that some insurers may only cover part of your care (for example due to an excess, benefit limits or exclusions). While we are happy to liaise with insurers on your behalf, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to cover any shortfall. We can provide a written quote in advance for transparency.

Hospital/clinic fees (separate to our fees)

In addition to the consultant’s professional fee, the hospital/clinic will often charge separate fees for facilities, equipment and consumables. This can apply to tests and procedures carried out during your appointment — including nasoendoscopy — and may also apply to audiology/hearing tests, imaging, pathology, and day-case procedures. These charges are set by the hospital/clinic and are billed separately.

Self-paying patients

Self-pay consultation fees are:

  • New patient: £250

  • Follow-up: £150

  • Balance- new patient (dizziness/vertigo): £350

  • Nasoendoscopy £150 (not including additional hospital fee)

  • Ear microsuction £150 (not including additional hospital fee)

If additional tests or procedures are required (such as nasoendoscopy, nasal cauterisation, Epley), we will inform you of any associated charges in advance where possible.
